Pilowa, being responsible for their website www.pilowa.com, in accordance with the provisions of the regulation (UE) 2016/679, April 27th, on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data (henceforth, “RGPD”) and “Ley 34/2002, de 11 de Julio, de servicios de la Sociedad de la información y del comercio electrónico (LSSICE)”, informs you that it has implemented all the necessary technical and organizational security measures to guarantee and protect the confidentiality, integrity and availability of the data provided.

2. Purpose of the personal data processing

Your personal date will only be used for the following purposes:

    - Manage the dispatch of information regarding Pilowa’s products and services and to know your opinion about the information that we have provided.

    - Manage the dispatch of commercial information relating to other products and services of Pilowa, as well as the information related to the events carried out by Pilowa as an institution and the celebrations and distinctions performed by it, through profiling, by both Pilowa and third parties and the submitting of surveys related to investigation and innovation, among other issues. 

    - To manage the services agreement with the person concerned. The management of the contract involves performing all the required administration tasks as well as the access, where all the information provided by the client is reviewed to ensure the proper validation by Pilowa and the service, where communication channels with Pilowa are put at the customer’s disposal.

Right of rectification or deletion: allows errors to be corrected and data that is inaccurate or incomplete to be modified.

Right of cancellation: allows data that is inadequate or excessive to be deleted.

In accordance with the LSSICE, Pilowa does not carry out SPAM practices, and therefore does not send commercial emails electronically that have not been previously requested or authorized by the user. 

In accordance with the provisions of Law 34/2002 on Information Society Services and Electronic Commerce, Pilowa undertakes not to send commercial communications without properly identifying them.
